Parent Consultations

Parents Evening System

Parent consultation meetings will be held the w/b 27th September and w/b 4th October. Please see below for your child’s day and times. Two days are available for you to choose from for each class.

We will be discussing how well they have settled into their new class and managing in their new year group. We will be discussing how they are coping with their schoolwork in general, although we will not have any teacher levels to share. It will also be an opportunity for you to ask any questions.

We will be continuing with the online parent’s consultation meetings. The online booking appointment system is now open for you to book your appointment with the teacher, the booking system will close on Monday 27th September so please book before then. You will be able to choose your appointment time with teacher and you will receive an email confirming your appointment.

Please visit to book your appointments. You will need to login with your son/daughter’s first name and surname, together with their date of birth.

This year you can also invite another parent/guardian to join the appointment from a different device. Please see the attached ‘how to guide’.

All pupils will be offered a 10-minute video call slot. The system automatically begins and ends the meetings at the specified time, so please ensure you are ready for the start of the meeting.

If you have any difficulties logging in or making an appointment, please contact the school.

Parent Consultations

Welcome to Oakley Primary Academy

On behalf of the governors, the staff, pupils I would like to welcome you to Oakley Primary Academy. We are friendly village school with exciting times ahead as we begin our journey of being a full primary school this year. We are a member of the Sharnbrook Academy Federation and work closely with all of the schools within the Federation, as well as other schools and pre-schools in the local area. This enables us to share expertise, good practice and learn and move forward together. The close links we have with the pre-schools enable us to really get to know the pupils and their families before they join the Early Years.

We are proud to be a ‘Values School’. The values we teach are modelled by all of the team and through our teaching of the curriculum. We are a supportive and hardworking team, where all stakeholders are valued and listened to.

At Oakley Primary Academy we deliver the National Curriculum through a creative curriculum so that learning is creative, fun and meaningful. There is a clear progression of skills in each subject to enable children to grow in all areas and be successful, not only in key assessments, but in daily life.

We work very closely with the families of our school and acknowledge the importance of close home/school links. We have an open door policy and there is always someone available if you wish to talk.

I am extremely proud of our school and of all the hard work from our pupils, families, staff, PTA and governors.

If you would like any further information about our school please make contact via the details on this website.
